1. Services
Luxury Taxi Milan provides luxury transfer, chauffeur, and car rental services across Italy and neighboring countries. All services are subject to availability and confirmed bookings.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email. To ensure accuracy, please provide complete travel details including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and passenger information. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by clients.
3. Payments
We currently offer a Pay to Driver option. Full payment must be made directly to the driver at the time of service. We do not store or process credit card information on our website.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Failure to cancel within this time may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully during the ride. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger may result in additional charges. Smoking, use of prohibited substances, or unsafe behavior is strictly forbidden.
6. Liability
Luxury Taxi Milan takes all measures to ensure safety and reliability. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Information is only used for providing services and is never sold to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
Luxury Taxi Milan reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.
